By using NTA 3D’s 3D printing services (“Services”) and uploading files to NTA 3D’s (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Services.
2. File Upload and Representations
a. You affirm that you are the rightful owner or have obtained the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize NTA 3D to print the files you upload to the Website.
b. You represent and warrant that your files do not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.
3. Transfer of Intellectual Property Rights
a. By uploading a file to our Website, you agree to transfer all intellectual property rights associated with the file to NTA 3D. This transfer includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and commercialize the uploaded file in any form, medium, or technology.
b. You acknowledge and agree that upon the transfer of the file and its intellectual property rights to NTA 3D, we hold the exclusive right to use, print, and resell the file without further consent or compensation to you.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTA 3D and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms and Conditions and your improper use of the Website or Services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NTA 3D and its licensors.
